This Product Growth & QA Intern role is a minimum 3-month internship for students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management, business, or a related field, in their second or final year.

We’re looking for someone with keen attention to detail, a knack for user experience, and a drive to understand what makes users come back. Familiarity with testing platforms or analytics tools would be a plus, and if you’ve had exposure to Flutter or Next.js, that’s even better.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Product Growth & QA Intern, you’re here to make DoublOne a joy to use. You’ll be at the heart of our product quality, helping ensure users have a smooth, glitch-free experience—and having a blast while doing it. But it’s not just about fixing bugs. It’s about growing a product and a community that people love coming back to. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

1. Quality Assurance & Testing

• Get hands-on with our mobile and web apps, test-driving new features, uncovering bugs, and keeping an eye out for ways we can make DoublOne better.
• Work with our engineers to squash any issues you find and come up with ideas to make things run smoother.
• Create simple, helpful ways to test our app, so we’re always getting better without any bottlenecks.

2. User Experience & Product Growth

• Be the voice of our users: listen, empathize, and let their feedback guide how we grow DoublOne.
• Help new users get comfortable with DoublOne’s features, answering questions, guiding them through the interface, and making their experience seamless.
• Dive into user data with our Product team—finding trends, figuring out what’s working (and what’s not), and helping us make smart, user-centered decisions.
• Pitch in with A/B tests, surveys, and brainstorm sessions that put users first and help us improve at every step.
